Taste of India
So I’ve never actually shot food before so this was a pretty interesting shoot to do. I actually tried a variety of different shots including a really low level shot with various focus points.
Of the shoot, I liked a few of the others better, but this is what was picked so I’ll run with it.
This was one of those times where I was kind of bummed to see the picture run in black and white in the paper because I think the food loses a lot of its appeal in grayscale. The color is pretty bold, but yeah. I will admit that running this picture on the front page would have been awkward and unnecessary.
