One of the most common, but most difficult assignments I regularly encounter is a photo from a meeting. Normally there is a speaker, so you get them talking. If you are lucky there are a lot of people and you can get a shot of them in front and the audience behind.
However, if you are really lucky you get an event like this where there are multiple speakers on a panel. Not only does it mix things up a bit, but it gives you more options. For this shoot my main goal was to play up the panel part of this meeting since meetings like this aren’t all that common.
