One of my assignments yesterday was to shoot things thing called “Block Kids” that is put on by a group of women who are in the construction industry, this year it was at the Duluth First United Methodist Church. The idea is to expose girls at a young age to jobs in construction.
They give the girls a set of legos, a rock, a string and tin foil and then give them 45 minutes to build some kind of structure. The top winners as determined by judges won trophies.
