Earlier today I went over to the Virginia Highlands and took photos of their annual crazy hat parade.  There were some odd hats, but it was nice and relaxed.  I ran into Hyosub Shin of the AJC which was nice, I hadn’t seen him since I left Gwinnett.

Anyways, the parade was part of the Virginia Highlands’ Summer Fest which officially starts tomorrow.
