Second game of the day yesterday was Alabama vs. Virginia Tech at the Georgia Dome as part of Chick-Fil-A’s kick off event. Last year Alabama played in the event as well, facing Clemson. The game is supposed to pit an SEC team against an ACC team to mirror the Chick-Fil-A bowl at the end of the year which does the same.
I really dislike shooting in the Georgia Dome because of the poor light and especially because of the turf. It is particularly hard on my knees and makes it uncomfortable to shoot from them for a long duration. I have knee pads, but I never need them anywhere else so I forget about them when I shoot at the Dome.
Despite this, I think I pulled some good stuff.

Great photos. Here it is June, 2010 and I am again basking in the glory that Alabama enjoyed in last year’s football games. Can not wait until 2010!
