I’m in Savannah this weekend to shoot a wedding.  Here are some photos from my walk around the city yesterday after I got into town.  I haven’t been here since 2000, I think, when I came with my 8th grade class.  Well, we didn’t really even spend much time in Savannah, we were coming back from St. Simons and stopped off in Savannah for like an hour or so.

I always assumed River Street would be bigger, I was kind of surprised to see how subdued it was, I liked the rest of downtown better, but that’s how I am in general I guess.  I’m not huge on touristy things.
