Shot this in early October. One of the things I noticed about my softball portraits is that they were basically the same as any baseball portrait I would ever shoot. I’m not sure why, but I decided to try this. Julia had really striking eyes and I thought that framing them in her catcher’s mask might make an interesting contrast.
