Johnny Isakson
So, personal politics aside, this is Johnny Isakson. He is a United States Senator for the State of Georgia.
The good thing about taking photos of politicians during speeches is that they are used to having the flash go off and don’t get on your case about it.
After all, they would rather have a good photo of them in the press than a crappy one.
My problem with this photo is the generic background. As I’ve mentioned before, in speech photos I enjoy seeing the audience, even if they are blurry.
It just needs that kick to show that people are actually there besides a disembodied hand in the bottom left.
