Around 12:30 today I found out about radio station 99x’s attempt to stage the world’s largest ever water balloon fight at The Masquerade on North Avenue.
Not having much else to do, I went over and tried to see what I could get. I managed to stay pretty dry, all things considered and there was minimal splashback onto my camera. However, my hesitancy not to put my gear at risk probably prevented me from getting some of the shots I would have liked to have gotten.
Honestly, I’m not all that happy with the shoot and I know its because I was being paranoid about my equipment. I guess its a trade off you make though.
