What’s for dinner?

Tonight I made dinner and it looked especially photogenic so I decided to take a few photos.

    Smart and sensible. This sort of diet combined with a regular regimen of strength exercises and walking will help avert many future health problems as you age. More and more recent studies have found that sufficient hours of sleep is also an important factor.
