New York: The way home

Thursday morning after Eddie Adams I’d been planning on waking up at 5:30 a.m., showering, having a quick breakfast then catching the train/bus back to LGA to catch my 9 a.m. flight.  Well, that was the plan anyway.  I woke up at 7 a.m. when my alarm didn’t go off and I noticed ti was light outside.  Thinking something was terribly askew I looked at my watch before yelling out an expletive, jumping into my clothes and running down to the street where I caught a Taxi.  I still made it to the airport with about an hour-and-a-half to spare so I got something for breakfast there.

The flight home was nice because I was able to get a window seat and as we got closer to home I’d look out and started spotted familiar landmarks as we flew over Gwinnett.  Passing over Stone Mountain was possibly the most visible reminder that I was home.

Thank you for putting up with me as I spent such a large chunk of the month posting these photos from my trip.  Back to the regularly scheduled programming starting tomorrow.
