Football: Marietta vs. McEachern [High School]

On Friday I shot my second high school football game of the season for the AJC.  This one was at McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Ga.  The stadium there was insane, it fits over 10k people and the pressbox had just been redone so it was 3 stories and one level of it was box seats for boosters.

Before the game I was talking to the writers from the Marietta Daily Journal.  McEachern came into the game as the #1 team in their division in the state, but I was curious to know whether Marietta might be able to pull an upset.  Simply put, they laughed.  Well, the game started and by half-time, it was conceivable an upset could happen.  Neither team was playing well and it stayed fairly low scoring.  McEachern managed to get some separation though to secure the win in the end.
