Last year I saw a sign advertising the Atlanta Zombie Walk, but I missed it because I was working at the Post at the time. This year however, I had no such conflict so I went down to the Old Fourth Ward with my friend Jacquelin and took some photos.
The parade was lots of people, as you might expect, who were dressed as zombies roaming the streets together. Their final target was downtown Atlanta at Underground, but they scheduled a detour to the Oakland Cemetery where there was a festival going on. Oh yeah, they did this unannounced. Made for some confused festival goers.

Priceless! Josh – you are the man!!! I heart all these photos!
Considering that I helped take half a patient’s cancerous face, skull, and eyeball out last Friday at the hospital, this is rookie zombie stuff.
Considering that I just won the fucking Nobel Prize in medical science, that’s some rookie surgeon stuff.
These pics are great! Please be sure to contact Lucas (the organizer of horrorfest) he would love them! small correction: the trip thru oakland has been the established route for the walk since year one. this year was special because of the victorian festival that was happening as well. def. awesome.
